As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process, but Karen's kind professionalism
and knowledge helped me navigate every aspect of the experience. Very honest and efficient, she and
her team set up appointments in a quick and timely manner, made sure I was prepared for the document
signing and gave great advice on what the sellers perspective was in the negotiations. Her
communication skills are very professional. She did not sugar coat any hiccups in the proceedings and
explained certain things very thoroughly even when I felt overwhelmed. She also would followup on
emails and documentation that needed to be signed, just in case I missed it and wasn't able to sign it right
away. Even after closing the home, she still followed up on things and appointments that needed to be
done. She sent over a list of local telephone numbers and places I can call to get my utilities set up, which
saved a lot of time rummaging through directories and Google. I highly recommend Karen as a Realtor in
the home buying process. Her professionalism, communication, and efficiency makes her stand out from

Buying a house in the crazy 2021 market was not an easy task. Karen was very professional as well as
personal. My stresses were high as I was moving to Solano County from another area and my timeline
and criteria needed to be met. Karen is not only a fantastic realtor, but she is also an excellent support

I do not think that we could have had a better realtor. Karen showed knowledge and professionalism

Not your typical Karen. This Karen is amazing at what she does. I had the pleasure of working with Karen
to purchase my family and I our first home. Going into unfamiliar territory of buying a house was very
